Connexion ADSL : Bloquage

Je suis sous mandralke 10.1 avec un modem sagem fast 800 usb ,
lorsque mon FAI (wanadoo) reinitialise ma connection, les programme en cours s'arrete(azureus,kcontacte), il n'arrive pas a se reconnecter .
Deplus mandrake plante je n'arrive plus a ouvrir les programmes je reboot et sa remarche.
(methode un peu sauvage).
j'aimerai savoir part ou commencer .....
