j'ai entendu dire que Cygwin était gratuit mais pas open source.
Est ce le cas et qu'est ce que ça veut dire?

Most of the tools are covered by the GNU GPL, some are public domain, and others have a X11 style copyright.

mais comme c'est référencé (ici) par framasoft comme étant libre, le contraire aurait été étonnant...
