pobleme de wifi sous jaunty carte atheros

Le choix d'Ubuntu pour mes premiers pas Linux

bonjour à tous j'ai le même problème que sous la 8.10
je n'arrive pas à activer le wifi , j'ai la carte atheros et quand je clique sur le lien pour installer le paquet linux-backports-modules-intrepid, comme indiqué ici http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/atheros_ar5007eg , on m'indique impossible à trouver!
J'ai essayer toute les méthodes des tutos pour activé le wifi mais rien ni fait!
Je deviens fou je ne sais plus quoi faire merci de votre aide!

Houlà... si tu veux avoir des chances de trouver de l'aide, commence par mettre un peu d'ordre dans ton post qui est en l'état tout simplement illisible...

Utilise les balises Code (bouton en haut de ta fenêtre de saisie) pour tout les résultats que tu nous colles.
Quand tout le reste a échoué, lisez le mode d'emploi.

En y regardant de plus près, ta carte Wifi à l'air d'être bien reconnue.

Quel est réellement ton problème ?

Bonsoir ,en fait quand je clique sur l'icone représentant les réseaux seuls le réseau filaire apparais etho le réseau sans fil est inactivable aucun réseau wifi visible ouvert ou fermer n'apparait quand je tape ds un terminal

Depuis Intrepid Ibex, cette carte carte est reconnue nativement par le module "ath5k". Donc tu ne devrait pas avoir de problèmes de reconnaissance de la carte.

Sauf si dans une version précédente t'avais bricolé avec madwifi, auquel cas il faut le désinstaller et aller vérifier dans /etc/modprobe.d que "ath5k" n'est pas blacklisté. Faire un :

grep -i "ath5k" /etc/modprobe.d/*

Par ailleurs, cette carte est une pourriture (je sais, j'en ai une sur un portable), que ce soit sous Windows ou Linux. J'en ai conclus qu'il ne faut jamais redémarrer le PC, mais l'arrêter et le relancer, sinon, le wifi fonctionne aléatoirement. De plus il y a quelques problèmes d'accrochage avec les Freebox.
PS: "baliser" revient à mettre ton code entre balises [ code ]. Comme ça (un iwconfig qui fonctionne sur ma carte) :

bonjour à tous
J'ai suivi les conseils de seb24 et j'ai installer : linux-backports-modules-jaunty
ensuite j'ai continuer le tuto http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/atheros_ar5007eg
Je me suis arreter à la première méthode !
J'ai taper ds le terminal un iwconfig et iwlist scan rien de changer!
J'ai cliquer sur les "2 petits écrans" en haut à gauche seul le réseau filaire apparent , normal quoi!
Ensuite avant d'essayer les autres méthodes de la suite du tuto ,j'ai télécharger wifi radar, que je n'ai put lancer que par un sudo wifi-radar
Je n'ai pas compris comment le lancer sans passer par le terminal!
Mais bon passons ,
Et la miracle je tombe sur deux réseaux !
Dont une livebox qui n'ai pas à moi mais dont j'essaye de me connecté ,mais dont l'accès mais refusé normal quoi!
J'obtiens ceci par visu simultané du terminal

Pourquoi mon iwlist scan n'indiquait rien !
